Charlie has provided responsible and ethical security services & consultancy for over 20 years. During his professional career, he has come to understand how a design-led and systems-based approach, that puts people at the centre, can deliver a safer environment for assets, operations and people.
It is this human-centric approach that led him to approach security as both a Behavioural Scientist and a Security Professional.

Guy began his career as a Behavioural Scientist: working in the design and delivery of both consumer and business systems. His focus was on ensuring that the design at the heart of the systems he built, worked for the company and their goals. By implementing approaches at the outset that focused on user-centred design and user-experience, he built some world-class technologies which radically changed behaviours, workflows, outputs, and ultimately, work culture.
Twenty years ago he moved into security, and continues to apply the principles of psychology and behavioural science to his work at Omnio.

Harry brings extensive experience in managing community relations across complex and often challenging frontier environments within the energy sector. He has a proven track record of mitigating social, reputational, and security risks while enabling smooth company operations.
At the heart of his approach is a commitment to building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with local communities—an essential foundation for sustainable success.
Before entering the extractive industries, Harry led electoral campaigns in the United States and internationally, and also served as a state legislator.

For more than two decades, David has been dedicated to safeguarding companies’ interests in challenging environments. He is a recognised authority in risk governance, economic security and resilience. He has a deep understanding of the importance of people in the system, both inside and outside the organisation.
As the founder of a Security and Defence Services company, which he led for seventeen years, David worked to protect client organisations operating in some of the most demanding and sensitive environments worldwide. Under his leadership, the company became, in 2018, the fourth in France to achieve ISO 18788 certification, reflecting his deep commitment to governance, ethics, and compliance. It is this deep understanding of delivering responsible and resilient security that he brings to Omnio and its clients.
